Utah State University, Department of Biology DNA sequencing facility

The Department of Biology houses an ABI 377 automated DNA sequencer for use in department-related projects.  All accessory instruments are also available, including thermocyclers, centrifuges, heat blocks, and networked computers.  The ABI 377 can also be used for DNA fingerprinting methods such as AFLPs.  Training is provided for students and faculty requiring use of the facility for research.
